Placebo

One of the bigger gigs I’ve done this year was at the Music Hall in Aberdeen. Placebo – who’ve been around a while now. In fact next year is the 20th anniversary of the first Placebo album release, and they have placed their entire album back catalogue on streaming service worldwide to commemorate this and as part of this look back in time, are currently touring.

Back in December I was invited to a private Christmas party, by the same company as last year. The band list had expanded somewhat but the main act was again Ricky Warwick.

Turning 13

So this particular Saturday in February was varied – the morning want spent freezing my fingers off doing some landscape photos, in the early evening I was listening to a gig from outside the venue (not having managed to get a pass for it, just helping out a friend who had) and then later on hit town for a small, intimate event Downstairs @ The Malt Mill.

Friday night took me to The Moorings Bar for the first time in a while. I was there to grab some photos for a Pallas review.
